introduction to the origins of gin we were guided through creating our own unique gin, picking our choice of botanicals from a huge selection and emersing ourselves in the hands on distillation process - thoroughly unique and enjoyable and enhanced by sampling the distilleries own award winning gins - highly recommended - we now look forward to sampling our creations in a couple of weeks- thank you Paul!

La passion d'ul pour le gin et la fabrication du gin a vraiment brillé et la session s'est déroulée rapidement. Les échantillons de G&T que nous avons dégustés étaient délicieux, nous avons particulièrement aimé le Navy Gin. Nous avons hâte d'essayer notre gin !

Bought the Cask-Aged Lost Dutchman and it's like no gin I've ever tried before - and I enjoy gin the traditional way with ice, tonic and a slice of something and am not really a fan of these various fruity concoctions. Lost Dutchman though can best be enjoyed simply over a chunk of ice when all the flavours from the cask-aging come out.

un cadeau à mon ami pour qu'il le ramène au Canada. J'ai partagé les premières mesures avec un ami qui s'est immédiatement empressé d'en acheter pour lui-même ! Il est membre du London Gin Club et a déclaré que c'était le meilleur gin de ce type qu'il ait jamais goûté. La saveur est étonnante, c'est certainement un gin à déguster tel quel, sans mélange, une chaleur douce avec des notes de gin et de whisky, c'est ce que nous avons décrit. Je dois vous dire que la deuxième bouteille a failli ne pas arriver au Canada !
